I love a cold smoothie after a sweaty yoga or shimmy session. I will usually have a mix of berries, superfoods like hemp or chia seeds, cacao and a scoop of of vegan meal which also contains its own blend of greens and plant protein.
I like the “Garden of Life” brand (chocolate flavor of course) which provides 30 G protein and goodies like spirulina, enzymes and sprouts.
I added some cacao nibs, hemp seeds and turmeric to give It an extra kick!
1 glass almond milk
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 scoop Garden of Life raw organic meal (chocolate)
3 Tbsp unsweetened coconut yogurt
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbs cacao nibs
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add the almond milk, coconut yogurt, scoop of protein and the rest of the ingredients to your favorite blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
I use a Nutribullet but use your favorite power tool.
