I’m a huge fan of the uber nutritious and juicy pomegranate! Packed with a treasure trove of nutrients, it satisfies my sweet, crunchy craving. One of my favorite ways to enjoy this superfood is with probiotic-rich kefir, which also has a nice tartness. Add some fiber and omega 3-rich ground flaxseed, a splash of vanilla and dash of cinnamon and I’d say you have a pretty yummy and sexy snack.

 

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup pomegranate jewels
  • 1/2 cup kefir
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

 

Directions

Mix all ingredients and nom nom..
