Ingredients 

 

  • 1/2 cup mango

  • 1 eight ounce glass almond milk

  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves 

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • Pinch Himalayan salt 

  • Pinch fresh ground black pepper

  • 2 Tbsp dried açaí berries

Why black peppercorns you may ask? The  black pepper and the coconut oil (or any type of fat)help absorb the turmeric to increase its bio-availability.
