Vegan Energy Bites

vegan coconut energy bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp raw sesame butter

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 large pitted date

  • 3-4 tbsp warm water

Directions

Blend all ingredients and roll into balls. 

Roll over sesame seeds and refrigerate covered for at least 1 HR. You can freeze them to enjoy as snacks later. High in protein, heart-healthy fatty acids, calcium and fiber, they satisfy your sweet craving and help maintain stable blood sugar. They are the perfect snack on the go or to enjoy more slowly with perhaps a cup of soothing tea.
